My career has taken me across business, government and the community sector, working with owners, leadership teams, boards and partners on growth, change and complex initiatives. I bring that experience to Capo Strategies, helping people find a clear way forward and put practical structure around what they want to achieve.

I am currently the Establishment Chief Executive of the Dorothy Spotswood Charity Hospital, working with a committed group of people to create a sustainable charity hospital for the Wellington region.
